Small group classes

Reformer

Our reformer classes are limited to 8 clients, allowing instructors to offer layers and modifications for individual needs. We regularly use props such as soft exercise balls, foam rollers, and the Pilates Arc. A private assessment or prior Pilates equipment experience is required before joining a group equipment class.

Strength and flexibility

Mat

Mat Pilates uses controlled movements and your own body weight to work on strength, flexibility, and coordination. Your instructor guides you through the exercises and offers modifications along the way.

Balance and coordination

Bosu

Bosu training adds a balance challenge to your workout using a rounded, unstable surface. We offer Bosu alongside our other floor classes. Let your instructor know about any injuries or limitations so they can help you modify the exercises.

Privates & duets

Private sessions give you time to work with an instructor on your individual needs and goals. Along with the reformer, you have access to the Cadillac, Springboards, and Wunda Chair. If you would like to share a session with a partner, choose a duet. Duet prices are listed per person.
