FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

A little information to help you prepare for your first visit and make the most of your time at the studio.

Getting started

I have never used a reformer. Where do I start?

Start with our $25 private assessment. This one-hour session includes a full-body workout and an introduction to the reformer. Your instructor will guide you through fundamental exercises and help you choose the right next step. Call or text Jimmy at (818) 522-1959 for help scheduling.

I already take reformer classes. Can I skip the assessment?

Yes. A private assessment or prior Pilates equipment experience is required before joining a group equipment class. With that experience, you can reserve a class through the schedule or try the $150 trial membership, which includes three reformer classes per week for 30 days.

What should I wear and bring?

Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely, and bring a water bottle. Arrive a few minutes early for your first visit so we can introduce you to the studio. Contact us if you have questions about what to bring.

Where is the studio?

You’ll find us at 221 E Daily Drive, Suite 7, in Camarillo. Call or text us if you need help finding the studio.

Women’s health

Is this a good studio if I have back pain, osteoporosis, or I am getting older?
